一、培训目的:通过培训让员工了解公司的发展战略和计划目标,丰富员工的专业知识和技能,提高工作质量和效率,实现岗位素质的全面发展,从而提高公司整体实力,保证公司的健康持续发展,实现公司和个人的双赢。 二、培训原则:全员参与原则;有效性原则;信息分享原则;系统规划原则。 三、培训教育平台:浙江大学经济学院中捷干部培训中心 县职工技能人才培训基地 时代光华卫星商学院示范基地 四、培训体系: 1.内部讲师队伍:聘请总经理、总经理助理、副总经理、高级工程师、中心经理为一级讲师;部门经理、副经理、专业技术人员为二级讲师;专向技术人才、优秀的基层管理人员为三级讲师; 2.依托内部讲师资源和外部合作机构的整体力量,建立了完善的员工教育培训体系和规范的操作流程,拥有良好的制度保证和充分的经费支持; 3.针对不同的员工队伍,公司已基本形成以下系列的培训方案: (1)中高管理人员以学历素质、专业技能和管理战略的提升为教育重点; (2)基层管理、专业技术人员以群体共性培训为基础,注重个性化培训及职业发展指导; (3)生产操作人员,以技能等级培训、鉴定为基础,普及公共知识和职业发展指导; (4)新员工以满足40课时公共知识培训、团队协作为基础,突出个人岗位技能; (5)储备管理人员以3-6个月综合学习+实践为基础,注重个性化培训及职业发展指导。 Training and Development I Training purpose: Let the staff understand that company's developmental strategy and the planned aim by training, enrich the staff's professional knowledge and skills, improve their work quality and efficiency, achieve the comprehensive development of the quality of the post , thus enhance the overall strength of the company, guarantee the company's sustained development, realize the company and individual’s win-win. Training system: A.the troop of internal lecturer: General manager, the assistant of the general manager, the vice general manager, senior engineer, central manager are the first-level lecturer; Divisional manager, the vice divisional manager, the professionals are the second-level lecturers; the technical talent and the outstanding grass-roots cadre are the third-level lecturer specially; B.Depend on the internal lecturer resources and the overall strength of the exterior cooperating agency, we have established consummate training system for the staff’s education and the standard operation process. We also have had the good system for guarantee and the full funds support; C.In view of the different staff troop, the company has formed the following series of basically training plan: a.To the high-quality administrative person, we take the focus of the education on the quality of record of formal schooling, professional skills and the promotion of the management strategy; b.To the grass-roots cadre, the professionals, we take group general training as the foundation, pay great attention to the personalized training and the career development; c.To the production operator, we take skill rank training, the appraisal as the foundation, popularize the public knowledge and the career development. d.Freshmen’s training is on the base of 40 class hour public knowledge training, the team cooperation, stress individual post skill; e.The reserve people’s training for management is on the base of 3-6 month synthesis study + practice, pay great attention to the personalized training and the career development.
